Abstract The range of practical use bee products is constantly expanding. Among the large assortment these products, in recent years, drone brood larvae have received great attention, which can be obtained without harming colony during active period beekeeping season. Drone contains a complex biologically substances, including unique fatty acids, vitamins, essential amino steroid hormones. content amount nutritious and components serves as basis for its inclusion diet animal feeding people order to improve body’s health. homogenate new product, biomass from homogenized larvae. This product raw material with rich composition necessary normal functioning body. Once removed hive, must stabilized further use. In this work, following methods stabilization been studied: freezing, adsorption using lactose-glucose adsorbent, lyophilization. by means freeze-drying (freeze-drying) allows preserving some compounds brood. But freeze-dried actively adsorb moisture environment, stimulates development reactions that lead decrease quality product. Adsorption, comparison freeze drying, makes it possible better preserve substances Stabilization freezing provided most complete fixation important contrast other methods.
